Gigi Hadid is facing another copyright infringement lawsuit over the sharing of a photo without permission. This infringement case comes three months after being first sued for the same offense.

According to court documents, The 23-year-old supermodel is being sued by photo agency Xclusive for sharing a 2018 photo without the photographer’s permission. The documents alleges that up to 1.6 million people interacted with the photo within the first four days after Hadid posted it. The company is therefore seeking damages for copyright infringement, as well as any profits derived from the image. Hadid removed the photo from her Instagram page shortly after posting it, but the suit states this is only one of many instances the model has posted unlicensed images, stating up to 50 examples of unlicensed images.

In 2017, Hadid had post an image to Instagram without permission and was hit with a lawsuit, which was later settled outside of court.
